A licensed real estate broker since 2000, I am presently affiliated with reputable real estate companies and developers in the Philippines. My ten years experience in the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), the government agency tasked to regulate real estate business, first, as Technical Assistant and later as Legal Assistant in the Office of Legal Affairs gave me more than adequate knowledge in laws and regulations pertaining to subdivision and condominium development as well as on the legal aspects of real estate transactions, documentation, registration, refund, etc. This work experience and many years of active practice in the real estate profession afforded me the necessary exposure and understanding of the concerns of both buyers and developers and also the skills and expertise in the overall process of sale or purchase.
